Tola had always been known as “the go-getter.” Every project, every dream, every plan, she led with confidence and precision. People admired her drive. But lately, nothing seemed to work. Doors she once opened with ease now slammed shut. Her efforts brought no results, and her heart grew weary.
One night, while scrolling through her achievements, she sighed, “Lord, what am I doing wrong? I’m giving it my all, but I’m stuck.”
In that still moment, a thought whispered into her heart “You’ve been leading. I was supposed to.”
Tola sat quietly, reflecting. She realized that somewhere along the way, she had replaced God’s banner with her own name. She depended more on her strategies, her network, and her skills than on God’s guidance.
That night, she prayed differently. “Father, I’ve led long enough. Please, take the lead.”
From that day, things began to change. The same tasks that once drained her became easier. Opportunities flowed naturally. And when challenges arose, she felt an unexplainable calm because she was no longer the one fighting; God was.
Her banner had changed. She now raised God high over every decision, every plan, every battle. And just like Moses on the mountain, she found victory not by strength, but by surrender.
When you raise yourself high, your strength determines your success.
But when you raise God high, His strength becomes your victory.
Let God be the banner over your life your business, your relationships, your dreams. When He leads, no battle can defeat you.

Exodus 17:15 – “Moses built an altar and called it The Lord is my Banner.”
PRAYER POINTS:
Lord, forgive me for placing my confidence in people, plans, or myself instead of You.
Father, from today, take the lead in every area of my life. Be my banner in all I do.
Lord, help me to always raise You higher, so that Your victory will continually reflect in my life.
