Amaka sat quietly in her small room, staring at her almost empty food flask. She had tried everything she knew, yet things were still tight.

“Lord, have You really made provision for me?” she whispered.

The next morning, she felt a nudge in her heart to visit a distant relative she hadn’t spoken to in a while. It didn’t make complete sense, but she obeyed.

When she got there, she was warmly received. In the course of their conversation, her relative mentioned an opportunity, a small opening that seemed insignificant at first. But that “small opening” became the turning point she needed. What looked like little became more than enough to sustain her for that season.

Amaka later realized something powerful:
Her provision had already existed, it was just in someone else’s hands.

Just like in the days of Ruth. God had already made a system of provision through the fields of others. The leftovers were not mistakes; they were intentional blessings for those who would step out to gather them.

Ruth went to the field to glean, not knowing that her provision and her lifting was waiting there. What started as survival became a doorway to abundance.

God has already made provision for you.
Sometimes, it won’t come directly into your hands, it will be placed in the hands of people.

Your responsibility is to position yourself, take the right steps, and walk into the “fields” God has prepared for you.

Don’t stay stuck in one place.
Move when He nudges you.
Because your answer may be waiting in someone else’s abundance.

KEY SCRIPTURE:
Deuteronomy 24:19 – “When you are harvesting in your field and you overlook a sheaf, do not go back to get it. Leave it for the foreigner, the fatherless and the widow…”

PRAYER POINTS:

Lord, connect me to the people and places where my blessings are waiting.
Father, give me the sensitivity to recognize opportunities You have prepared for me.
Lord, help me to take the right steps that will lead me into my portion.
