‘CARRIED IN HIS PRESENCE’

Tunde had a habit of overthinking his past mistakes. Each time he prayed, guilt would whisper: “God can’t possibly listen to you after all you’ve done.”

One evening, while studying the Bible, he came across Exodus 28: the description of the priestly garment. Aaron was commanded to carry the names of the tribes of Israel on stones placed upon his shoulders. Each time he entered God’s presence, the people’s names went with him.

Suddenly, the weight of guilt lifted from Tunde’s mind. He realised: Jesus is my High Priest. He carries me before the Father daily. My name is on His shoulders.

Even when we feel unworthy, mercy still speaks. Why? Because Jesus stands as our Advocate, bearing our sins and our names before the throne of God.

Friend, your name is not forgotten. It is carried into the presence of God every day through Christ.

👉 Have you truly accepted Him, so He can bear your name with confidence before the Father?
👉 Do you walk with the assurance that you are remembered in God’s presence because of Jesus’ sacrifice?

Remember: Your life is not sustained by luck, it is sustained because your name rests on His shoulders.
