Let’s be honest:
If your life feels stuck, chaotic, or spiritually stale, ask yourself, what are you feeding your eyes?

You wonder why your life feels empty, anxious, or even dark?
Could it be because your daily “entertainment” consists of toxic shows, sexual content, violent films, or music videos filled with impurity?

Your screen choices shape your soul.
What you consistently see, you subconsciously absorb and eventually become.

Science backs it. The Bible proves it.

Take Jacob in Genesis 30:34–43. When he wanted to multiply spotted and streaked animals, he didn’t mix genes, he simply controlled what the animals saw while mating.
By placing striped branches before them, the animals reproduced in line with their visual exposure.

If animals can be influenced by what they see, how much more you made in God’s image, with a faster-processing mind and deeper soul?

The things you look at aren’t just harmless moments of escape, they are impressions on your inner man.

Mild porn is still poison.
That horror movie could trigger fear and even heart issues.
Constant exposure to dirty content numbs your spirit and pollutes your purpose.

Don’t open the gate of your soul to garbage and expect a garden in return.
What you feed your eyes is what your life will reflect.

But there’s good news:
You can flip the script.
You can choose edifying content; films that build faith, music that lifts your soul, and visuals that carry light instead of darkness.

Faith-based platforms like DEEP THOUGHTS TV and others are rising globally. You no longer have an excuse.

So, take the challenge:
Guard your eyes.
Refuse the rot.
Choose what nourishes.
And watch how your life begins to flourish.

PRAY:
Lord, purify the gate of my soul. Help me to guard my eyes and choose only what reflects Your light.
