Efe had always loved his country, but each time he turned on the news, his heart broke corruption, greed, immorality, and injustice everywhere. “Lord,” he prayed one night, “what if those in power truly feared You?”

The thought stirred him deeply. What if those who shaped nations, presidents, lawmakers, media executives, fashion icons, teachers, entertainers were genuine followers of Christ? What if leadership wasn’t just about influence, but righteousness?

Imagine a country led by a man who listens to the Holy Spirit before making policies. Imagine a media world where truth and purity outweigh profit. Imagine industries run by men and women guided by godly principles. What a world that would be!

This was exactly what happened in Egypt when Joseph, a foreigner, yet a man filled with the Spirit of God rose to power. His wisdom didn’t just save Egypt; it preserved nations and rescued his own family from famine. Because one righteous man ruled, thousands lived (Genesis 41–42).

Beloved, leadership is powerful. When the wrong people sit in power, evil thrives. But when God-fearing men and women rise, peace, justice, and prosperity follow. That’s why as believers, we must not only pray for good leaders, qwe must also become them.

Whether in politics, media, business, or education, the world needs believers who will carry light into dark systems. The Josephs, Esthers, and Daniels of this generation must take their place.

Won’t it be great when the righteous rule?

KEY SCRIPTURE:
Proverbs 29:2 — “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked rule, the people mourn.”

PRAYER POINTS:
1️⃣ Lord, raise God-fearing leaders in every sector of our nation — men and women who will uphold truth and righteousness.
2️⃣ Father, position me as a light in my sphere of influence; let my leadership reflect Your glory.
3️⃣ Lord, remove from authority every wicked ruler causing pain and suffering, and enthrone those who fear You.
4️⃣ Just like Joseph, make me a vessel of blessing to my generation through wisdom and integrity.
