Amaka had been unusually quiet for weeks.
Not sick enough to be bedridden,
but not strong enough to function fully.

Her body was fine, but something felt off.
She couldn’t focus.
Her motivation had dried up.
Things she once did effortlessly now felt like heavy burdens.

One evening, as her mother watched her struggle to complete a simple task, she said gently,
“This is not ordinary. Let’s pray.”

As they prayed, one thing became clear, the issue was not just physical.
It was targeted.

Later that night, Amaka opened her Bible and came across a familiar story, when Jesus healed Peter’s mother-in-law. But something stood out differently this time.

Jesus didn’t just speak healing from afar.
He touched her and the fever left.

And immediately, she rose and began to serve.

It clicked.

The sickness had attacked the very area of her usefulness.
The place of her relevance.
The part of her life connected to her assignment.

Amaka realized something powerful:
Not every attack is random.
Some are strategic.

Sometimes, the battle is not against your whole life but against the specific area that makes you effective.

That night, her prayer changed:
“Lord, touch the exact place where I have been weakened.”

And as she prayed, strength returned not just physically, but within her spirit.
Clarity came back.
Energy returned.
Purpose was restored.

The enemy does not always attack everything at once.
Sometimes, the focus is your strength,
your gift, your purpose, your place of impact.

But here is the assurance:
When Jesus touches the right place, everything changes.

Don’t settle for surface solutions.
Ask God to locate the root.
Ask Him to touch the exact point of weakness.

Luke 4:39 – “So He bent over her and rebuked the fever, and it left her. She got up at once and began to wait on them.”

PRAYER POINTS:

Lord, reveal every hidden area of my life under attack.
Father, touch every place where I have been weakened or limited.
Lord, restore my strength and help me fulfill my purpose without hindrance.
