Have you ever wondered why things suddenly went downhill just when your life began to take shape?

That heartbreak?
That closed door?
That painful betrayal?
That delay, that stagnation, that failure?

They weren’t mere coincidences.

The enemy saw your potential before you fully did. He foresaw the impact your life could make and sent arrows to your spirit, hoping to crush it. Why? Because when the spirit is broken, the man is limited.

Just like Pharaoh, who feared the growth of the Israelites and sought to crush them with hard labor (Exodus 1), your adversary aims to discourage, distract, and deplete you. He knows a joyful and vibrant spirit is a fruitful one.

But here’s the good news, God’s people multiplied even under oppression! Your spirit can rise above every attack if you nourish it with God’s truth.

So, strengthen your spirit.
Feed it with God’s Word.
Surround yourself with the right people.
Laugh again.
Dream again.
Speak life into your atmosphere.
Because your spiritual state will determine your physical outcome.

You are not crushed. You are being refined. You are not broken. You are becoming.

1. Lord, strengthen my spirit in times of adversity.

2. I refuse to let life’s challenges steal my joy and purpose.

3. I receive divine strength to rise beyond discouragement and shine brightly in my generation.

4. Every strategy of the enemy to weaken my spirit, be overturned by the power of God.
