“EXCUSE THEM OUT: THE STORM WON’T STOP UNTIL YOU DO”

The storm was violent.
The sailors were terrified.
The boat was breaking.
Everyone prayed to their gods, yet nothing changed until Jonah spoke up.

“I’m the reason this is happening. Throw me overboard, and the storm will stop.”
(See Jonah 1:11–12)

Sometimes, the storm is not from the enemy. It’s from the wrong presence in your boat.

There are Jonahs not bad people, just disobedient ones who carry turbulence everywhere they go. And until they are excused, peace is suspended.

Excuse them out!
Not in hatred, not in arrogance, but in wisdom and discernment.

• Excuse the passive disobedience that has you stuck in cycles of delay.
• Excuse the mindset that tells you to keep silent even when your soul screams “Something’s not right.”
• Excuse the people whose presence is dimming your light, not fueling your fire.
• Excuse the voices that speak fear over your God-given dreams like Joseph’s brothers did.
• Excuse the behavior that keeps drawing you into compromise like Amnon with his deceitful friend.
• Excuse the spiritual procrastination, the “I’ll pray tomorrow” attitude that delays destiny.
• Excuse the sin that seeks to build a throne in your heart where only God belongs.

Remember:
God never spoke to Abraham again until Lot was out of the picture.
Silence is not always divine, it could be a sign that your atmosphere is overcrowded.
(Genesis 13:14)

You don’t need everyone to go where God is taking you.
Your destiny may require strategic disconnections.

PRAYER DECLARATION:
In the Name of Jesus, I excise and excuse every wrong person, mindset, character, influence, and atmosphere from my life. My silence will no longer mean consent. From today, I choose divine peace, clarity, and alignment!
