BREAKING THE CYCLE

Grace was tired.

It had become a pattern she could almost predict.
At the start of every new month, when she was full of plans, energy, and hope, her body would suddenly give way. Fever, weakness, and exhaustion would take over.

By the third week, she would begin to recover. Strength would return. Hope would rise again.

But just as she prepared to step into a new month with fresh expectations…
it would start all over again.

It felt like a loop she couldn’t escape.

One evening, as she sat quietly, frustrated and confused, she whispered,
“Lord, why does this keep happening?”

Deep within her spirit, a realization stirred
this was not just about the body, but a pattern that needed to be broken.

She decided that night to stop accepting it as “normal.”
Instead of merely enduring it, she began to pray intentionally.

She spoke with authority:
“Every cycle of affliction in my life, I break you in the name of Jesus.
Every pattern that repeats itself against my progress, end now!”

Days turned into weeks… and for the first time in a long while,
the new month came — and the sickness did not.

The cycle had been broken.

Some battles in life are not random,  they are patterns.
And what repeats itself without resistance may continue unchecked.

God desires your wholeness not just occasionally, but consistently.
You are not created to live in cycles of affliction.

When you notice a negative pattern, don’t normalize it.
Rise in faith. Pray. Break it.

KEY SCRIPTURE:
3 John 1:2 – “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”

PRAYER POINTS:

Lord, expose every negative pattern operating in my life.
Father, I break every cycle of sickness and affliction in Jesus’ name.
Lord, establish me in divine health and continuous wholeness.
