Amara sat quietly at the edge of her bed, exhausted.
Nothing seemed to be working.

Her home felt tense.
Her children misunderstood.
Her husband distant.
Even she didn’t understand herself anymore.

She had tried everything advice from friends, online tips, even copying what seemed to work for others. But the more she tried, the more frustrated she became.

One afternoon, she finally opened up to her aunt, a woman she deeply respected.

“Aunty, I don’t understand it,” Amara said, her voice heavy. “I’m trying so hard, but I feel like I’m failing in everything that matters most.”

Her aunt smiled gently and held her hand.

“Amara, you are trying to run a life you didn’t create without consulting the One who designed it.”

Amara paused. That hit deep.

“Listen,” her aunt continued, “when something isn’t working, the best place to go is the manufacturer. He knows the purpose, the design, and the proper way to handle it.”

“But how does that help my home?” Amara asked softly.

“God didn’t just create your family, He understands each person in it. Their strengths, their weaknesses, their uniqueness. What you need is not more guessing… you need direction.”

That night, Amara did something different.
Instead of complaining, she prayed specifically:

“Lord, show me how to love my husband the way he needs.
Teach me how to guide each of my children according to Your will.
Help me understand what I cannot see.”

Days turned into weeks, and things began to shift.
Not suddenly, but intentionally.

She noticed what each child responded to.
She spoke differently. Reacted differently. Loved more wisely.

Her home didn’t become perfect overnight
but it became peaceful, intentional, and guided.

Because she stopped guessing…
and started consulting.

You were never designed to figure life out on your own.
The One who created your family understands them better than you ever will.

When confusion increases, consultation must increase.

Stop relying only on human wisdom.
Go back to the Source.
Ask God for insight into the people and responsibilities He has placed in your life.

KEY SCRIPTURE:
James 1:5 – “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault…”

PRAYER POINTS:

Lord, teach me to seek Your direction in every area of my life.
Father, give me wisdom to understand and relate with my family according to Your will.
Lord, help me depend on You daily instead of leaning on my own understanding.
