Bisi had always been different in the market.

While others relied on charms tied discreetly to their waists or hidden beneath their stalls, Bisi relied on prayer. Every morning before opening her shop, she would whisper, “Lord, let my life point people to You.”

Many laughed at her.
Some mocked her.
Others told her quietly, “In this business, prayer is not enough.”

But Bisi stayed consistent.

One afternoon, chaos erupted in the market. A fire broke out in the row of shops beside hers. Traders screamed, goods were destroyed, and smoke filled the air. Strangely, though the fire spread rapidly, it stopped just before reaching Bisi’s stall. Not a thread of fabric was touched.

People noticed.

By the next morning, whispers had filled the market. And before Bisi could fully arrange her goods, a group of women surrounded her.

“We saw what happened,” one said.
“We know how close the fire came,” another added.
“Your shop should have burned too,” a third whispered.

Then one elderly trader held the edge of Bisi’s wrapper and said the words that made her eyes fill with tears:

“We want to serve your God. We have seen that He is with you.”

Bisi stood speechless. The prayer she had prayed quietly for years was being answered publicly.

Sometimes, your greatest sermon is not what you preach, it is what God does in your life.

When God defends you, preserves you, or lifts you, people notice.
And when the evidence is undeniable, even doubters become seekers.

Live in such a way that your testimony becomes an invitation.

KEY SCRIPTURE:
Zechariah 8:23 – “In those days ten people from all languages and nations will take firm hold of one Jew by the hem of his robe and say, ‘Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you.’”

PRAYER POINTS:

Lord, let my life be visible evidence of Your presence.

Father, do undeniable things in my life that draw others to You.

Lord, make me a living testimony that leads many to seek You.
