Ruth sat on her bed, wide awake, staring at the wall clock. Midnight had become her least favorite hour not because she feared the dark, but because it reminded her of how long she had been stuck in the same place.

No marriage.
No stable job.
No breakthrough.
Just years of waiting in the same small room, asking the same questions.

That night, overwhelmed, she whispered,
“God… how long?
Do You see me?
Do You know where I am?
Please, locate me.”

She wasn’t asking for money alone.
She wasn’t asking for marriage alone.
She wasn’t asking for comfort alone.

She was asking to be seen.
To be remembered.
To be found.

Ruth began to remind God of the people He once located
Hannah, who cried in bitterness of soul and was remembered.
Joseph, forgotten in prison but located in his season.
The Israelites, groaning in bondage, until God heard and came down.

For the next 30 days, Ruth prayed only one prayer:
“Oh Lord, locate me.”

Not for things.
Not for people.
Not for comfort.

Just “Locate me.”

One night, while praying, she felt a strange peace settle over her heart not the kind that comes from answers,
but the kind that comes from assurance.

Within months, doors began to open that had been closed for years.
Relationships aligned.
Opportunities appeared.
Her life started moving forward in ways she could not explain.

And the heaviness she had carried for so long lifted.

Ruth finally understood:
When God locates you,
He doesn’t just change your situation—
He changes your story.

Sometimes, what you need is not more effort,
not more connections,
not more strategies but divine recognition.

When God locates you,
delay ends,
bondage breaks,
and stagnation gives way to movement.

Don’t stop crying out.
Don’t stop believing.
Ask Him again today:
“Lord, locate me.”

“I waited patiently for the Lord; He turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit, out of the mud and mire, and set my feet on a rock.”

Lord, locate me in this season and bring total transformation to my life.

Father, remember me and turn my waiting into testimonies.

Lord, remove every form of stagnation and lead me into my divine breakthrough.
