‘WHAT HAVE THEY KEPT?’

Kingsley had only been working in the estate for three months. Quiet, respectful, and diligent, he quickly became the most trusted driver in the household.

But one afternoon, his world came crashing down. His boss returned home to a scandal: Kingsley had allegedly “forced himself” on Madam. The evidence? His shirt, torn and clutched tightly in her hands.

What no one knew was that Madam had been pursuing him secretly for weeks. That day, he had refused again and rushed out of her room, but not before she grabbed him by the collar and kept the cloth.

In her hand was “proof.”
In Kingsley’s heart was pain because he knew no one would believe a servant over Madam.

Sometimes, all it takes is one piece of you in the wrong hands to twist your story.

That was Joseph’s reality. His refusal didn’t matter because the cloth spoke louder than his voice (Genesis 39:16). Potiphar didn’t ask questions. He just acted.

Spiritually, many are being afflicted today because something that represents them; physically, emotionally, or spiritually, is in enemy custody.

Photos. Secrets. Past mistakes. Slander. Information.
Wicked evidence.

Be spiritually alert. Not every friend is safe. Not every conversation should be shared. Some battles started because of what we casually handed out.

But here’s hope: Nothing hidden stays hidden forever. God defends His own, and no evidence formed against you can stand when Heaven arises.

1. Lord, any evidence in the hands of the enemy, being used to accuse or limit me, let it catch fire in Jesus’ name.

2. Father, deliver me from every trap of manipulation or false accusation.

3. Holy Spirit, give me wisdom to guard my name, my body, and my destiny.
